Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All orders over AU$100 receive free standard shipping Australia wide. Shipping charges for orders below AU$100 are calculated at checkout and are subject to the location and type of delivery option selected.

Customers will be notified when an order is dispatched and receive tracking information.

International Shipping (New Zealand)

Shipping charges and duties are calculated at checkout and are subject to the location and type of delivery option selected.

International Shipping (Other)

We currently do not ship to countries outside of Australia and New Zealand, however we are working hard to make this option available soon. For the latest updates on shipping locations please subscribe to our newsletter. 

Note: Bombella is not liable for any products which are damaged or stolen by a third party following delivery by the courier to the customer's nominated location. This includes any orders which have been approved for placement in a 'Safe Location' as deemed by the customer.
