If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order or cooking experience please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order for a replacement product or a full refund of the entire purchase price.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Our customer service team is sure to make the issue right.
Note: Bombella is not liable for any products which are damaged or stolen by a third party following delivery by the courier to the customer's nominated location. This includes any orders which have been approved for placement in a 'Safe Location' as deemed by the customer.
