Salmon and Avocado Sliders

Perfect for:

A healthy breakfast or lunch on the run (accompanied with coffee or tea of course!)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado (sliced thinly)
  • 4 x Bombella sesame crackers
  • 8-10 pitted kalamata olives
  • 100g smoked salmon (or smoked trout)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper

Method:

  • Place sesame crackers on a plate and cover with smoked salmon.
  • Cut avocado into thin slices and place on top of salmon.
  • Cut kalamata olives into small pieces and spread across crackers.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds over crackers and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with coffee or tea (or place in refrigerator).
