Perfect for:
A healthy breakfast or lunch on the run (accompanied with coffee or tea of course!)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 avocado (sliced thinly)
- 4 x Bombella sesame crackers
- 8-10 pitted kalamata olives
- 100g smoked salmon (or smoked trout)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- salt and pepper
Method:
- Place sesame crackers on a plate and cover with smoked salmon.
- Cut avocado into thin slices and place on top of salmon.
- Cut kalamata olives into small pieces and spread across crackers.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over crackers and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with coffee or tea (or place in refrigerator).
