Caramel Sesame Snack Balls

Try out these super quick and easy caramel sesame balls for a delicious snack that can be enjoyed any time of the day.

What you need (BYO Ingredients):

  • 1 tbsp tahini (or try peanut butter for salted caramel)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 100 ml warm water

Preparation:

Combine dates and BYO ingredients. Briefly heat (in microwave or saucepan) and slowly stir until a smooth paste is formed.

Note: For a salted caramel flavour swap the tahini with peanut butter and a pinch of salt.

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine Caramel Sesame snack mix and wet ingredients (paste) into a bowl
  2. Stir ingredients until the mixture has thickened. Allow to cool for 5-10 mins
  3. Roll approx. 1 tbsp of the mixture into small balls
  4. Place the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 mins
  5. Serve or store in an air tight container
