Chocolate Coconut Snack Balls

Try out these indulgent and irresistibly tasty chocolate coconut balls. Quick and easy to make these balls are perfect for when you need a nutritious snack on the run.

What you need (BYO Ingredients):

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 100 ml warm water

Preparation:

Combine dates and BYO ingredients, briefly heat (in microwave or saucepan) and slowly stir until a smooth paste is formed

Cooking Directions:

  • Combine Chocolate Coconut snack mix and wet ingredients (paste) into a bowl
  • Stir ingredients until the mixture has thickened. Allow to cool for 5-10 mins
  • Roll approx. 1 tbsp of the mixture into small balls
  • Place the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 mins
  • Serve or store in an air tight container
