Caraway Crackers

Light and aromatic in flavour these caraway crackers are an irresistibly tasty snack that's perfect for any occasion. Try them out with different toppings for quick and easy sliders or crumble them over your favourite soups and salads for an extra bit of crunch!

What you need (BYO Ingredients)

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 250ml hot water

Preparation:

Combine BYO ingredients and slowly stir to melt coconut oil

Cooking Directions:

  1.  Pre-heat oven to 200°C
  2. Combine Caraway Cracker mix and wet ingredients into a large bowl
  3. Stir until ingredients are well combined and the mixture is thick (the mixture should be firm and falling off the edges).
  4. Spread mixture thinly onto a lined baking dish
  5. Outline mixture into small pieces
  6. Bake for 30 mins or until golden
  7. Allow crackers to rest for 30 mins
  8. Store in an air tight container
